What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after processed. If the orders are placed on the weekend and select holidays, the process could take longer.
Next-Day shipping is also available. Next-Day orders made after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day.
If we are unable to process your order do to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide international shipping. International shipping rates will apply. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the rates.
Can I return or exchange items?
We will be happy to exchange items that are unworn, in perfect condition with tabs attached (if applicable). You may exchange merchandise within 2 days of delivered date. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You must email us HERE to notify us of the exchange. In the email, include your contact information, order number, the item description, and reason for exchange. Please also provide shipping confirmation as well.
Ship back items securely packed in the original package if possible. You do not have to wait for a response from the seller to ship you exchange item back. Please ship back ASAP so the process is done in a timely manner.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns must be mailed back to Elegant Couture within 2 business days from the date your order was originally delivered. Please note, we do not issue pre-paid return labels.
All returned merchandise will be inspected for signs of wear, damage or smoke. In the event the merchandise does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive store credit. Merchandise will be returned to sender. No refunds. Exchange or store credit only. Our return department will have sole discretion and final decisions on returns.
Elegant Couture is not liable for shipping companies delay or any misrouted packages.
We do not resale swimsuits, formal gowns, bodysuits and intimate/intimate apparel. These items are FINAL SALE (no return, no exchange, all sales are final).
In additional, all sales are final for the following items:

* Clearance items
* Special price or discounted items
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 4-5 business days. You will be noticed via email once your return has been processed.
WHEN RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
Package your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note, all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts and accessories) with tags attached.
Include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send the invoice, please include your order number, billing name and address, and the reason for the return.
Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Paypal Purchase Protection covers all eligible purchase where Paypal is used, as well as payments made through our website.
Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
